RETURN

At XILOU you always have the option to return your order within 14 days of the invoice date.

Note: Please note that it can take up to 14 days after receipt of the return for the amount due to be refunded to you.

Note: The return costs are always for your own account.

STEP 1. Send an email to info@xilou.nl with the reason for the return. We will then send you the return form as soon as possible. Print this out and complete it.

STEP 2. Pack the items undamaged and unworn.

STEP 3. Write down the return address on the package:

STEP 4. Return the package within 14 working days via a PostNL point.

STEP 5. We will process your return shipment within 14 days of receipt.

PAY ATTENTION: - Keep the track and trace code that you receive at the post NL point! - You will receive an email as soon as we have processed your return!
