The Netherlands

XILOU ships almost every package with PostNL.

Letterbox package - without track & trace

Your package will be sent by letterbox. You will not receive a track & trace code, so you cannot track your package. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about it if the package disappears.

Letterbox package - Incl. track & trace

Your package will be sent in the same way as a normal letterbox package, but you will receive a track & trace code. With this you can follow your letterbox package until the moment of delivery. You do not have to stay at home, the package will be delivered by letterbox. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your package at a PostNL collection point. Belgium & Germany The packages to Belgium and Germany also go via

Your package will be sent as a letterbox package where you will receive a track & trace code. This allows you to follow your letterbox package until the moment of delivery. You do not have to stay at home, the package will be delivered by letterbox.

Your order within the Netherlands will be shipped free of charge above € 50.

The packages to Belgium and Germany also go via PostNL.

Your package will be sent as a letterbox package where you will receive a track & trace code. This allows you to follow your letterbox package until the moment of delivery.

Orders outside the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany

The shipping costs for a destination outside the Netherlands may vary per location. These are automatically passed on in the ordering process. If you have any questions about this, you can always reach our customer service on working days from 9 am - 5 pm.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your products arrive damaged, you can contact us within 3 days. After that we can unfortunately not order other items for you anymore because of the insurance.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery times

We will of course do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible!

- Ordered items will be shipped within 4 working days! * No delivery on Sunday and Monday.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email so that you know exactly when your new acquisition (s) are on their way to you! You will also receive the track and trace code. Then you can follow your package this way until receipt!

Exceptions

Sometimes it can happen that orders are shipped a little later due to the pressure, for example during the sale and during other promotions.

DELIVERY TIMES ACTIONS / HOLIDAYS

During holidays and promotions it is a lot busier than usual with us. Despite this rush, XILOU always makes a lot off effort to process your package as quickly as possible. However, keep in mind that your order may arrive a little later than you are used to from us.

When your order leaves our warehouse you will always receive an email. Do you have questions about these adjusted delivery times? Then you can always contact our customer service on working days from 09:00 till 17:00.

PACKAGE FOLLOW

Change delivery address

After placing your order you can no longer change your address yourself. We try to package and ship orders at XILOU as soon as possible. A change of the address after an order has been placed is only possible if the order has not yet been processed in our warehouse. Do you have any questions about this? Please contact customer service and keep your order number and address at hand.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS

XILOU ships parcels to almost all countries in the world. If your package is delivered outside the Netherlands, it is useful to take into account other delivery times. These vary per country of destination. The shipping costs abroad are automatically calculated in the check out. Can't choose shipping to the country of your choice?
